AFC Football Ticket Giveaway

1.1. The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over.

1.2. To be eligible, entrants must complete the entry requirements set out in clause 3 before the closing date.

1.3. Entry will be verified by reference to the requirements in clause 3, including following @chery_uk, liking the giveaway post and commenting who the entrant would bring to the match and why.

1.6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who does not meet these requirements.

2.1. The giveaway opens when the giveaway post is published on 8 September 2026 and closes at 12:00 noon (BST) on 10 September 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”).

2.2. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

3.1. Participation is free and no purchase is necessary.

3.3. Each person may participate once only.

3.4. Participation is limited to one personal Instagram account, one personal email address (where applicable), and one legal name per person.

3.5. Multiple participations by the same individual, whether using different Instagram accounts, email addresses, names or any other method, are not permitted and may result in disqualification.

3.6. Fake, automated, or duplicate accounts will not be accepted.

4.1. The prize consists of three football match tickets identified in the giveaway post.

4.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative.

4.3. Giveaway tickets must not be sold, auctioned, gifted for commercial purposes, or otherwise transferred for financial gain.

4.4. If the Promoter reasonably believes that tickets have been sold or offered for resale, the tickets may be cancelled, and the winner may be disqualified.

4.5. Any travel, accommodation or other costs associated with attending the event are the sole responsibility of the winner unless expressly stated otherwise. Use of the tickets is subject to any applicable ticket, event and venue terms and entry requirements.

5.1. Winner(s) will be selected from all eligible entries after the Giveaway Period has ended using a computer process that produces random results.

5.2. Before confirming the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to verify that the selected winner has complied with all giveaway requirements.

5.3. The Promoter will, on request, make available information indicating that a valid award took place, ordinarily the surname and county of the winner. Entrants may object to their information being published or made available, or request that the amount of information published or made available is reduced. The Promoter may nevertheless provide the relevant information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.

5.4. If a selected winner has failed to complete all required conditions or has breached these Terms & Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6.1. Winner(s) will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message (or by email if applicable) as soon as reasonably practicable after selection.

6.2. Winner(s) must respond within a day of being contacted.

6.3. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in the prize being forfeited and another winner being selected.

7.1. Entrants may choose whether to receive marketing communications. Marketing consent is not a condition of entry.

7.2. Personal data will be used only for administering the promotion and fulfilling prizes unless the entrant opts in to receive marketing.

7.3. Omoda & Jaecoo UK Limited is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the promotion.

8.1. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or acts fraudulently.

8.2. The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion only where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any such action will be taken in a manner that is fair to entrants so far as reasonably practicable.

8.3. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to the foregoing, the Promoter will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable as a result of participation in the prize draw or acceptance of a prize.

8.4. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If an entrant is resident in England or Wales, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction. Entrants resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts where applicable.

8.5. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter is solely responsible for the administration of this prize draw. Soccer Aid Productions Limited (“SAP”) is not the promoter and has no responsibility for the operation of the prize draw or the selection of winners or any other matters connected therewith.

8.6. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall create any contractual relationship between entrants and SAP and insofar as permitted by law, SAP shall have no liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the prize draw, the administration of the promotion, or the selection of winners.
