1. Eligibility

1.1. The Prize Draw is open to residents of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland who are aged 18 or over, except the persons excluded under clause 1.5.

1.2. Entry into the Prize Draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. No purchase or donation is necessary to enter.

1.3. Entrants must submit a valid entry during the Prize Draw Period using either the donation-based online route or the free postal route described in clause 3.

1.4. Each valid entry, whether obtained through the donation-based online route or the free postal route, will be treated equally and will have the same chance of winning.

1.5. Employees, directors, officers, agents and contractors of the Promoter, its group companies, the Charity, Soccer Aid Productions Limited, and any organisation professionally connected with the Prize Draw, together with their immediate family members and members of their households, are not eligible to enter.

1.6. The Promoter may require reasonable evidence of identity, age, residence and eligibility and may disqualify any entrant who does not satisfy these requirements.

2. Prize Draw Period

2.1. The Prize Draw opens on 12 August 2026 and closes at 5:00 p.m. BST on 29 August 2026 (the “Closing Time”).

2.2. Online entries must be completed, and free postal entries must be received by the Promoter, before the Closing Time. Entries received after the Closing Time will not be accepted.

2.3. The Promoter will not extend the Closing Time unless circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable and any extension is permitted under applicable promotional marketing rules. Any change will be communicated through the same channels used to advertise the Prize Draw.

3. How to Enter

3.1. Donation-based online entry: eligible entrants may access the official CarFest Charity Prize Draw link, complete the entry form using accurate personal details and make a donation of £10 for ticket, £20 for 3 tickets or £50 for 10 tickets.

3.2. Free postal entry: eligible entrants may enter without making a purchase or donation by clearly writing their full legal name and residential postal address on a postcard, or on a piece of paper placed in an envelope, and posting it to: The Chery UK Events Team, Building 4, Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London W4 5YE.

3.3. A free postal entry may be sent by ordinary first- or second-class post with the correct postage paid. Entries sent by special delivery are not required. Hand-delivered entries will not be accepted.

3.4. Each compliant postcard or envelope will provide one entry. Only one entry may be requested per postcard or envelope. Entrants may submit multiple free postal entries, but each must be sent separately.

3.5. A donation does not improve the chance of winning for any individual entry. Each valid donation-based or postal entry will be entered once into the same random selection process and will carry equal weight.

3.6. Entries must be submitted by the entrant personally, using the entrant’s own legal name and accurate personal details. Entries made by third parties, in bulk, by automated means, or using multiple identities may be rejected.

3.7. The Promoter is not responsible for postal entries that are lost, delayed, damaged, illegible, incomplete or insufficiently stamped, or for online entries that are not successfully completed due to a technical failure outside the Promoter’s reasonable control. Proof of posting or attempted online submission is not proof of receipt.

3.8. Donations are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the Promoter cancels the Prize Draw without awarding the Prize.

3.9. Entries may not be sold, transferred, assigned, auctioned or used for commercial purposes.

4. Prize

4.1. There will be one winner. The prize is one new Chery TIGGO 4 CSH vehicle in the specification and colour determined by the Promoter, subject to availability (the “Prize”).

4.2. The Prize is non-transferable before delivery, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control make the advertised Prize unavailable, the Promoter may provide a reasonable equivalent of equal or greater value.

4.3. The Promoter will pay the vehicle’s first registration fee and first-year vehicle excise duty. The winner is responsible for arranging and paying for motor insurance before collecting or taking delivery of the vehicle, and for all subsequent fuel or charging, servicing, maintenance, tax and other ownership or running costs.

4.4. A valid driving licence is not required to win or own the Prize, but the winner must not drive the vehicle unless legally entitled and appropriately insured to do so.

4.5. The Prize will be made available for collection from a location reasonably specified by the Promoter or delivered where agreed with the winner. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to provide the Prize within 30 days after the winner has been verified and has supplied the information reasonably required for registration and handover. The winner will be informed of any unavoidable delay.

5. Winner Selection

5.1. The provisional winner will be selected within five business days after the Closing Time from all valid and eligible entries received through both entry routes.

5.2. Selection will be made using a verifiably random computer-generated process. The Promoter will retain records sufficient to demonstrate that all valid entries were included once, carried equal weight and that the selection was random. If a verifiably random computer process is not used, the selection will take place under the supervision of an independent observer.

5.3. Before confirming the Prize, the Promoter may require the provisional winner to provide reasonable proof of identity, age, residential address, eligibility, entry details and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

5.4. If the provisional winner is ineligible, cannot be verified, has breached these Terms and Conditions, has supplied false or misleading information, or does not claim the Prize in accordance with clause 6, the Promoter may disqualify that person and select an alternative winner using the same process.

5.5. The Promoter will make available the winner’s surname and county to anyone who sends a written request to the Promoter within one month after the Closing Time. The winner may object to this information being published or made available. The Promoter may nevertheless disclose the information and the winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority where required.

6. Winner Notification and Claim

6.1. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the provisional winner using the details supplied with the winning entry. Online entrants may be contacted by email or telephone. A postal entrant will be contacted in writing at the postal address supplied with the entry.

6.2. The provisional winner must respond and claim the Prize within 14 days after the winner notification is received or deemed received. A postal notification will be deemed received two business days after posting.

6.3. If the provisional winner does not respond within that period, the Promoter will make at least one further reasonable attempt to contact them. If the winner still does not respond within seven days after that further attempt, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternative winner selected.

6.4. The Promoter may announce the confirmed winner at CarFest or through its promotional channels after completing the eligibility checks, subject to the winner-publication provisions in clause 5.5.

7. Charity Donation

7.2. The Promoter is acting as a commercial participator in support of the Charity. 100% of the donations received through the donation-based online route will be paid to the Charity. The Promoter will receive no fee or other payment from the donations and will not deduct the costs of running the Prize Draw or payment-processing charges from the amount donated.

7.3. The donations will be transferred to the Charity as soon as reasonably practicable after the Prize Draw has ended and the required reconciliation and any lawful refunds have been completed.

7.4. The Promoter may publish the total amount donated after the transfer has been completed. Entry into the Prize Draw does not create a contractual relationship between entrants and the Charity.

8. Data Protection

8.3. Marketing consent is not a condition of entry. Entry details will not be used for direct marketing unless the entrant has separately opted in through a clear and specific consent mechanism.

8.4. Postal entries will be stored securely and retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the Prize Draw, resolve complaints and meet legal or regulatory requirements, after which they will be securely destroyed.

9. General Terms

9.1. The Promoter may refuse or invalidate an entry, or disqualify an entrant, where it reasonably believes that the entrant has breached these Terms and Conditions, acted fraudulently, manipulated the entry process or gained an unfair advantage.

9.2. The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw only where reasonably necessary because of circumstances outside its control and will seek to minimise any disadvantage to entrants. This does not affect any rights entrants may have in relation to donations already made.

9.3. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to this, the Promoter is not responsible for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable or was caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

9.4. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

9.5. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants retain any mandatory right to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which they live.

9.6. Soccer Aid Productions Limited (“SAP”) is not the promoter and has no responsibility for administering the Prize Draw, selecting the winner or awarding the Prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions creates a contractual relationship between entrants and SAP. Insofar as permitted by law, SAP will have no liability for any loss or damage arising from participation in or administration of the Prize Draw.

9.7. Questions or complaints about the Prize Draw may be sent to the Chery UK Events Team at the Promoter’s registered office address: Chery UK Events team, Building 4 566 Chiswick High Road London W4 5YE.
